Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, anyone age 16 and above is required to have a North Carolina inland fishing license for your trip. You can purchase a temporary or year long fishing license through North Carolina Wildlife.
What should I bring for my trip?
All the gear for your fishing experience is provided, including rods, reels, terminal tackle, and baits. It is recommended that you bring any beverages, snacks, sunscreen, proper attire, dry bags or waterproof cases. You are also more then welcome to bring any personal fishing gear to enhance your experience on the trip!
Life Jackets and Safety Equipment?
All safety equipment is provided and equipped on the boat properly. Anyone under the age of 13 is required to remain in a lifejacket at all times while on the water. You are also more then welcome to bring any personal life jackets, as long as they are Coast Guard approved.
The Boat?
I own a 17ft Bass Tracker, with a capacity of 3 person max. Keep in mind space and maneuverability are key when we are fishing together. I also have a front and back deck chair that can be provided per request.
Am I guaranteed to catch fish?
Unfortunately no, I would love to have every trip a success and smiles all around, but thats why they call it fishing, not catching! Nature will do as it wants and give us the circumstances provided. I will do my best to make your experience memorable and for everyone to have a great time on the water!
Weather Policy?
The trip will be ago Rain or Shine. If the weather takes a turn for the worse and we experience high winds or thunderstorms we will return to the dock immediately for everyones safety. That being said, if we do undergo situations due to weather you will only be charged for the time you are out on the water. Day of, if there is severe weather that amounts to the trip being cancelled there will be no fee. You can also reschedule as long as I have the availability to do so.
Cancellation Policy?
48 hour notice prior to scheduled trip(s) to avoid any fee(s).
Within 48 hour notice will be responsible for half the trip(s) fee.
No call No show will be responsible for full amount of trip(s) fee.
